Manufacturing Technique
As machined (Ra 3.2μm)
Removing burrs or sharp edges on the workpiece surface.
Smooth (Ra 1.6μm)
Machining marks is slightly visible
while the surface should be clean of any scratches and sanding.
Fine machining (Ra 0.8μm)
Parts are manually sanded or brushed to remove machining marks.
Polishing (Ra 0.8μm)
Polishing is a finishing process that involves smoothing the material surface to create a high-gloss, reflective, or mirror-like surface.
Painting
We can achieve: Matt, Satin, High Gloss, Texture Soft Touch ( Rubber Oil) effect
Bead blasting
It involves blasting the prototype surface with sand or other abrasive material to create a rough texture.
Anodizing
The most popular way to create a decent surface for electronic products.. We are offering: Anodized Type 1,2,3 Clear/Hard Anodizing
Black oxide (Blacken)
It is a chemical conversion coating that is commonly used to produce a black or dark gray finish on ferrous metals, such as steel or iron.

Vapor Polishing can be used for PC parts surface finishing, which can improve the internal and external surface finish and clarity
Clear Polishing
Applicable on crylic (PMMA) parts.Acrylic polishing can help present the best clarity and light transmittance.

Brushing is used to create a textured or linear pattern on the material surface, typically metal.
Powder Coating
PPowder Coating involves applying a dry powder to a prototype surface and heating it to form a hard, durable, and uniform surface.
Electroplating
Electroplating is commonly used for decorative or corrosion-resistant coatings.
we will check every item on the BOM like quantity, material, process, and surface finish requirements, and see if they are in accordance with the quotation. Meanwhile, our engineering team will check 3D and 2D drawings to see if there are any design errors, in accordance, with interference, and confirm all the tolerance are okay to be machined.
Meanwhile, DFM will be sent when it is necessary.
Incoming Material inspection
We asked our material supplier to provide certification and paste marks for all the materials. And we will check the materials with Spectrometer to test the material chemical components.
In this stage, we will go both with visual checking and manual checking.
Our experienced and skillful craftsman will check the parts with 3D drawings.
We understand that it is very essential to check the parts when machining and avoid time-wasting. If necessary, we can provide you with the first sample when it comes to batch production.
Final Inspection
We have 6 well-trained engineers in our QA department.
We can provide inspection reports like 3D scanning reports, Cleanness reports,100% dimensional reports, PPAP, Control Plans, etc.
